Kale recipe
Green Hot Soup
Ingredients (for four persons)
●1/2 of an onion
●1 Potato
●1 tbsp butter
●600cc soy
milk
●A sprinkle of salt
●1 tbsp Green Juice Powder (Funmatsu Aojiru)
How to cook
1. Saute thinly sliced onion and potato with 1 tbsp of butter.
2. When
the onion turns transparent, add water to soak the vegetables and boil it until the
liquid evaporates.
3. Put it in a blender mixing with soy milk which should be added
gradually. Put it in a pan and warm it with Green Juice Powder (Funmatsu Aojiru)
and salt.

Grapefruit and Tomato Juice (1 Portion)
Ingredients
●1 Grapefruit
●2 Tomatoes
●2g Organic Enseki Kale Power
●200ml Water
Method
1. Remove tomato stem and cut into pieces. Peel grapefruit and cut into pieces.
2.
Place tomatoes and grapefruit in blender, add in organic enseki kale powder and water,
blend finely for 30 seconds. Ready to serve.
Kiwifruit and Banana Juice (1 Portion)
Ingredients
●1 Kiwifruit
●1 Banana
●2g Organic Enseki Kale Power
●200ml Water
Method
1. Peel Kiwifruit and banana then cut into pieces.
2. Place all ingredients in blender,
add in organic enseki kale powder and water, finely blend. Ready to serve.
Grape and Avocado Juice (1 Portion)
Ingredients
●15 nos Grape
●1/2 Avocado
●2g Organic Enseki Kale Power
●200ml
Water
Method
1. Peel Avocado and cut into halves. Remove the seed and cut into pieces.
2. Rinse
Grape.
3. Place all ingredients in blender, add in water and blend for 30 seconds.
Cabbage and Apple juice (1 Portion)
Ingredients
●2 Leaves Cabbage
●1/2 Apple
●2g Organic Enseki Kale Power
●150ml
Water
Method
1. Cut Cabbage into pieces. Cut Apple with skin on into pieces.
2.
Place all ingredients in blender, add in water and blend for 1 minute. Ready to
serve
